SEEDS Members

Members-only early bird rates are available for a short time!  Register today to secure your spot.  When registering, you must use the email address your SEEDS account is associated with.  It is the only way our system can see that you are a SEEDS member.

• $340: Regular Registration* 2/15 - 4/15

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received after May 4th, 2022, will not be refunded.

HOTEL RATES

We have a room block at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress resort for $221/night.  They will honor this rate for three days pre/post conference depending on hotel availability.  Rooms must be booked by April 19, 2023.  A booking link will be provided in February.
